Stimulating residential construction
McKenzie County has a shortage of housing. In an attempt to stimulate more single family housing construction, the McKenzie County Job Development Authority has launched a Housing Development Subsidy program which provides an up-to-$50,000 subsidy for certain housing built within McKenzie County.
